Meridian Spa & Fitness Deutschland GmbH in Frankfurt is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our premium DL Club, ensuring every member receives an outstanding experience seven days a week.

You will regularly act as Duty Manager, oversee health & safety, and guide a diverse team to deliver operational excellence and a welcoming, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility.
• Proven ability to lead multiple functions with varied goals.

As Operations Manager we are looking for someone who:

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.
