Job summary

DLC Deutschland GmbH is seeking a passionate Health & Fitness Coach to join our team in Bad Homburg. You will deliver high-quality group exercise sessions and design personalised fitness programming to help members reach their goals.

In addition to coaching, you will support day-to-day club operations, including cleaning and opening/closing duties, and engage with members to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Reliable and proactive with strong customer service skills.
• Confident communicator who can engage members and colleagues.
• Experience in fast-paced club or fitness environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality group exercise sessions.
• Design and implement personalised fitness programming for members.
• Assist with day-to-day club operations, including cleaning and opening/closing duties.

As a Health & Fitness Coach, you will play a key role in supporting our members in achieving their health and fitness goals by delivering high-quality group exercise sessions and designing and implementing personalised fitness programming. You will also be supporting the wider team with day-to-day club operations, including cleaning, opening and closing duties, and engaging with members to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
