David Lloyd Clubs in Germany is seeking a Maintenance Operative to keep club facilities in top condition and ensure all equipment operates safely. You will contribute to an exceptional member experience every day, seven days a week.

The role requires practical skills in carpentry, plumbing or electrical work and a Pool Plant Operators qualification (STA or similar), plus a full driving licence. A dynamic team environment and development opportunities await.

About you: As a Maintenance Operative, we are looking for someone:

• Who has technical skills or discipline (i.e. Carpentry / Plumbing / Single Phase Electrics) – Essential Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar)
• A full driving licence or the ability to travel efficiently between clubs within your region
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
