Responsibilities:

1. On-the-job training combined with classroom education will give you a head start in gaining valuable work experience as well as earning a degree at the end of the apprenticeship.
2. When you start, you will have a 1-month internship. The study program lasts 3 years, including time spent in our international offices.
3. Our curriculum is taught on a state-of-the-art campus of the DHBW, equipped with laboratories and workshops. It provides a broad spectrum of knowledge in areas such as mathematics, chemistry, technical mechanics, energy and thermal process engineering, production and logistics, quality management, and corporate management.
4. Induction week to meet your fellow students.
5. Opportunities to work in our international offices.
6. Workshops focused on developing personal qualities and leadership skills.
7. Language and IT training.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent / university entrance qualification.
2. Good grades in core subjects, especially math and natural sciences.
3. Interest in business and technical topics.
4. Good communication skills, team player, eager to learn.
