A global data security leader is looking for a Distribution Business Manager to drive revenue growth through key distributors in the DACH region. The role involves strategic planning and relationship management, ensuring a strong partnership with distributors. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in the Microsoft channel, exceptional communication skills, and be fluent in both German and English.

The Distribution Business Manager is responsible for the management and enablement of key distributors across the DACH-Region with the aim of maintaining and growing the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) from each of the distributors.
Working alongside management and the partner development manager, the Distribution Business Manager is responsible for the management and enablement of distributors while also acting as the conduit between AvePoint and the distributor ultimately to create the strongest partnership that is mutually beneficial.
