This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end launch readiness and global supply chain strategy across a pipeline of cutting-edge therapies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product launch planning from clinical handover through commercial distribution
• Build and optimize global supply chain operations (CMOs, logistics, inventory, demand planning)
• Partner closely with regulatory, QA, manufacturing, and commercial teams
• Ensure compliance and readiness across EU and global markets

Requirements

• Proven experience in supply chain and product launch within biotech or pharma
• Strong leadership in a high-growth, international environment
• Fluent English (no German required)
• Willing to relocate to Germany – full relocation support provided
