Responsibilities

As a Director of Product Management (all genders) for TeamViewer AI, you’ll actively drive the company’s AI-driven future. TeamViewer AI focuses on forefront AI solutions for Autonomous Endpoint Management (AEM), Remote Connectivity, and Digital Employee Experience (DEX). You’ll direct and build a motivated team of Product Managers and Owners, driving a core strategic pillar across the organization. Your role spans the full product lifecycle from market analysis and strategy to execution and go-to-market as well as deeply immersing you into the commercial processes. You’ll direct backlog execution, testing, make release decisions, and work directly with strategic customers on requirements and roll-outs. You will regularly report to the Senior Leadership Team of Teamviewer about the latest developments in AI and make recommendations on investment strategy

• Create and own the product strategy for AI at TeamViewer. Build and execute along termroadmap and drive the creation of business cases.
• Aligna marketingand commercialstrategyfor AI.
• Formulate and communicate the productrequirementsfor TeamViewerAI,directthe productbacklog, create ideas for new features anduse-casesbased on in-depth discovery workwithstrategiccustomers.
• Work out a data driven approach onmeasuring and adapting the product strategy.
• Specify theUse-Cases and Requirements,supportthe delivery and launches, and continuouslyobservethe success of the Product and translate your insights into improvements.
• Work across the organization withstakeholders from R&D, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, SolutionDeliveryand Business Development.
• Translateindustry AI trends intoEndpoint Management needsto deliver context-awarerecommendationsand insightsforIT admins and end users.
• AutomateEnd-Point Management and DEX: Apply generative AI to record sessions, generaterecommendations and automations, and continuously updateaself-helpknowledge base and drive faster issue resolution to boost employee experience.

Requirements

• UniversityDegree inInformation Technology,Data Science,Businessor related field.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinkingskill. Out-of-the-box thinker.
• Proven Track record ofleading strategicproduct initiatives in the AI space.Strong leadership experienceofleading multi-skilled teams.
• Experiencewithuser experience design and end user application of AI
• Expertlevelinproduct and project management.
• Ability to work inasenior leadership team.
• GoodUnderstanding ofEndpoint Management, RemoteConnectivity and DEX solutions.
• Deep Knowledge of current AI, LLM and Machine Learning technology
• Customer centricity, experience in directly working with customers and partners in the software development cycle.
• Verygood understanding of data management concepts and lifecycle (data ingestion, governance,enrichment, value creation).
• Fundamental knowledge of Data Science and analytics, with the ability to translate between data-driven opportunities and product requirements.
• Having workedwith agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
