At ACCURE, we empower batteries and those who use them.
Batteries are a cornerstone of the clean energy and mobility transition. At ACCURE, we make battery systems safer, more reliable, and more sustainable through the power of cloud‑based analytics.
Our highly scalable monitoring and optimization platform helps operators of grid‑scale energy storage systems and electric vehicles understand, operate, and protect their batteries — unlocking better performance, longer lifetime, and safer operation across assets around the world.
Our mission:
Safe, efficient, and sustainable batteries for a clean energy future.
To achieve this, we bring together passionate builders, technical experts, and clear thinkers. At ACCURE, people from diverse backgrounds work closely toward a shared goal. We value curiosity, ownership, and humility, and we’re looking for highly motivated individuals who want to make a real impact as part of a fast‑growing, international team.
Product Vision & Strategy Ownership: Define and own the product vision and strategy for our platform — translate company mission and customer needs into a clear, executable product roadmap.
Cross‑functional Leadership: Lead and mentor a cross‑functional product team, enabling outcome‑driven product development in close collaboration with engineering and analytics teams. Work closely with engineering, battery analytics, customer success, sales, and business stakeholders to align priorities, delivery scope, and go‑to‑market timing.
Analytics‑Driven SaaS Value: Translate complex, analytics‑driven capabilities into scalable, customer‑relevant SaaS product value.
Data‑Informed Decision Making: Make structured, data‑informed product decisions based on customer feedback, domain insights, market signals, and technical constraints — not feature volume. Ensure product quality, consistency, and scalability across the full product lifecycle from ideation through development to post‑release monitoring and iteration.
Product Representation & Communication: Represent the “voice of the product” internal — communicate roadmap, priorities, trade‑offs, and rationale clearly to all teams and leadership.
Senior B2B SaaS Product Leadership: Strong B2B SaaS product leadership — 5+ years in product management with 3+ years in a leading role.
Domain Proximity to Physical Systems: Domain proximity to physical or industrial systems — experience in energy, battery, mobility, industrial analytics, IoT, or similar domains.
Analytics‑Driven Product Experience: Ability to work with analytics‑driven products — comfortable shaping products that rely on data, models, and advanced analytics rather than simple UI features.
Prioritisation & Decision Making: Excellent prioritisation and decision‑making skills — able to balance customer demands, technical constraints, scalability, and long‑term product value, and to say no when needed.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Clear communication and stakeholder management — able to explain complex topics, trade‑offs, and decisions to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Customer‑Centric Product Thinking: Customer‑centric mindset — skilled at translating customer problems into scalable product solutions, especially in enterprise and complex customer environments.
Comfort with Ambiguity: Comfortable with ambiguity — pragmatic, structured, and effective in fast‑changing, deep‑tech contexts where not everything is fully defined.
Language Proficiency: Native‑level proficiency in English is required.
Location: Must be legally eligible to work in Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain, or Estonia.
