About the Position

We are looking for a Director of Operations to build and lead the operational foundation that will scale our business. You will turn company strategy into clear processes, reliable data, and disciplined execution across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance. This role owns the full revenue operations lifecycle—from lead management and CRM governance to quote-to-cash workflows, performance reporting, and continuous process improvement. You'll work directly with leadership and functional teams to ensure we grow revenue efficiently, with visibility, consistency, and control.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in operations roles such as Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related strategic operations positions
• Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable processes in high-growth B2B SaaS or technology companies
• Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards, reports, and forecasting models
• Deep understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or similar) and go-to-market technology stacks
• Experience with quote-to-cash processes, including contracts, approvals, billing coordination, and revenue recognition workflows
• Ability to define and track key business metrics (funnel conversion rates, cycle times, productivity metrics, forecast accuracy)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication skills. Able to translate complex data into clear insights for leadership and functional teams
• Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution capability
• Experience in international or multicultural business environments is a plus
