What You'll Do
  • Build and manage the revenue pipeline, driving sponsor acquisition and delegate sales.
  • Secure and expand key partnerships with startups, corporates, and investors.
  • Act as the primary driver of early-stage financial growth, laying the foundation for scale.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a commercial team.
  • Develop scalable frameworks for all revenue streams.
  • Shape and launch new initiatives to drive new revenue streams.
What You Bring
  • 7 years of event sales experience, ideally in high-growth or enterprise-focused environments.
  • Proven track record of closing deals with enterprise customers, navigating corporate procurement processes.
  • Strong network across startups, corporates, and investors, with experience curating value propositions for these groups.
  • End-to-end deal lifecycle experience, with the ability to quickly understand customer needs and tailor offers.
  • Ability to generate top-funnel partnership leads, particularly from corporates and service providers.
  • Interest in Deep Tech verticals such as Energy, Defence, Manufacturing Tech & Robotics.
