A technology company specializing in satellite data is seeking a Director of Government Sales to lead engagement with government and defense sectors. This role involves developing strategic partnerships, driving major contracts, and representing the company across Europe. The ideal candidate has substantial experience in government sales, a strong grasp of satellite technologies, and excellent communication skills. Hybrid/remote basis in Germany ideally. We have offices in Munich and Berlin; therefore a commutable distance to these offices to meet with the Commercial Sales & Leadership Teams.
We are seeking an accomplished visionary Director of Government Sales to lead our dual‑use and defence market engagement. You will own and advance high‑value relationships with ministries, space agencies and industry primes, translating interest into long‑term partnerships and multi‑year contracts. This is a hands‑on strategic role for a seasoned operator who can move seamlessly between board‑level discussions and detailed follow‑up, building structure where little exists yet. You will represent constellr in government and industry forums across Europe and beyond, helping define the future of sovereign thermal intelligence.
You will report directly to constellr’s Commercial Lead and be part of the commercial leadership team, working closely with our policy product and technical teams. You’ll collaborate with the Berlin Representative Office and regional partners to drive cross‑border government engagement.
