Your seat to fill :
  • Develop and execute the global digital marketing and CRM strategy across performance marketing, digital brand campaigns, and consumer lifecycle communications — ensuring full-funnel impact across organic search, paid media, and CRM channels.
  • Oversee campaign planning and execution across all relevant digital platforms, including Google, Meta, display, affiliate networks, and email marketing.
  • Ensure a consistent, data-driven consumer journey from acquisition to retention to drive Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
  • Lead personalization and marketing automation efforts across all touchpoints using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, a Consumer Data Platform (CDP), and related CRM tools.
  • Manage and develop an international team of channel experts (performance marketing, paid social, CRM, retention).
  • Collaborate closely with content, UX, merchandising, and brand marketing teams to align messaging and optimize the end-to-end digital experience.
  • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (e.g., traffic, ROAS, conversion, retention, CLV), using data insights to guide continuous improvement.
  • Support regional markets (EU, US, and others) with tailored digital strategies aligned with local needs and global brand objectives.
  • Champion a strong test-and-learn culture, continuously exploring and piloting new growth and targeting opportunities.

  • Deep expertise in full-funnel digital marketing and significant leadership experience managing teams or functions.
  • Proven track record in performance marketing, direct-to-consumer (DTC) CRM, and email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of key digital media channels, including Google, Meta, display, and affiliate marketing, as well as lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands‑on mindset with a willingness to dive into platforms, tools, and processes when needed.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of data‑driven decision‑making and key customer metrics (e.g., CLV, ROAS, CSR, retention).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and structure international teams.
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally with content, UX, merchandising, brand, and regional market teams.
  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
