NetApp is seeking a proficient and experienced Director to manage a team of practitioners and support our Belonging initiatives across the North American region. This role will focus on implementing enterprise-wide strategies at the regional level along with nuanced initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills, a proven track record of collaboration, and the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders. They should bring a collaborative and results-driven mindset to the wider Belonging team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and passionate individual to make a significant impact on NetApp’s Inclusion & Belonging efforts. This role is a Hybrid role and it does require 2 days a week in the San Jose Office. Relocation is not provided.
The target salary range for this position is $187 - $253K. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and / or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
