Tasks

To strengthen our Digital & Growth Team we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager Spain .

In this role you will take full ownership of the go-to-market execution and online marketing performance for Placetel AI in the Spanish market .

Your mission : drive awareness demand and growth through strong digital execution localized websites and scalable online marketing initiatives.

Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities include :

• Owning and executing the digital go-to-market strategy for Placetel AI in Spain
• Taking responsibility for the local website (content structure UX conversion optimization)
• Planning executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns (paid search paid social SEO email)
• Localizing messaging value propositions and content for the Spanish market
• Driving improvements across the full digital funnel from first touch to lead or trial conversion
• Analyzing traffic lead quality conversion rates and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborating closely with central teams (product UX / UI performance marketing analytics) and external agencies
• Supporting local product launches feature rollouts and GTM initiatives
• Ensuring strong brand consistency while adapting to local market needs
• Working data-driven running tests and continuously optimizing performance

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in marketing business digital media or a related field

• 3 years of experience in digital marketing preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
• Strong marketing allrounder skillset (website performance marketing content analytics)
• Hands-on mentality with a strong execution focus
• Solid understanding of digital KPIs conversion optimization and growth funnels
• Experience working with CMS systems analytics tools and marketing automation
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of a local market
• Native-level proficiency in Spanish
• Fluent English (German is a plus)
• Comfortable working in an international fast-growing SaaS environment
