An innovative engineering firm in Germany is seeking a department head to lead a team of approximately 35 employees in the field of drive and vehicle simulation. Responsibilities include personnel management, project coordination, and strategic development aligned with corporate goals. The ideal candidate will possess a technical degree, experience in personnel management, and C1-level German and English skills. We quickly identify market needs and implement them with precision. Our customers and employees are both national and international, and we maintain direct contact with them.
As a highly motivated department head, you will join the management of the department with forward-looking technology projects, take on the strategic orientation, the acquisition of new customers and the maintenance of existing customers, and personnel responsibility for the department together with the management team.
