Join our faculty team as a Department Assistant and support academic excellence at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.

Your Tasks
  • Planning and organizing events, projects, and seminars
  • Coordinating and planning continuous travel within Germany and abroad, including organizing travel plans and logistics as well as travel expense reports
  • Designing the lecture environment
  • Maintaining and updating the faculty’s website
  • Preparing cost statements, invoicing, invoice verification, and approval
  • Onboarding professors etc.
Your Profile
  • University degree or completed commercial training
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as an assistant
  • Advanced knowledge of both German and English, spoken and written
  • Proficient in common office applications and related state‑of‑the‑art softwares.
  • Independent and goal‑oriented work style, even in hectic situations and under time pressure
  • Commitment, initiative, discipline and flexibility
  • Outgoing personality, team‑oriented, and a confident demeanor
