As Growth Marketing Manager - Content at voize, you’ll build and scale a content engine designed to drive measurable impact. Essential to our growth strategy, you’ll turn complex digital health topics into targeted, conversion-oriented content that attracts, nurtures, and activates leads. Your work will directly fuel pipeline creation, empower care leaders with high‑value insights, and amplify the impact of a product people truly love.
Own and execute voize’s content strategy across marketing, sales, and product goals
Create and manage content: blogs, case studies, customer stories, newsletters, social posts, video scripts + direction
Lead our interview format with care leaders and transform conversations into scalable stories
Build SEO/GEO optimized content to grow reach across search and LLM
Distribute and amplify content across web, LinkedIn, email, and integrated campaigns
2+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, ideally in SaaS or healthcare / regulated industries
Ability to simplify complex topics like AI, digital health, and care workflows into compelling narratives
Experience with HubSpot, CMS platforms, and analytics tools to measure and optimize performance
Excellent storytelling and writing skills in German (native/bilingual)
