Data Scientist (Temporary Role)

Work Location: Berlin or Amsterdam

Are you a skilled Python and SQL user with a strong analytical background and experience in crafting top‑shelf prediction models? You are passionate about uncovering insights within data and applying them to real‑world financial challenges? Then you might just be the Data Scientist we’re looking for!

Your Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end process of data‑driven knowledge gathering (connect, mine, simulate, predict, illustrate, and deploy)
• Create data‑based solutions to address complex business challenges
• Translate business needs into hypotheses, leading to advanced analytical projects, and conduct ad hoc analyses to address specific business questions
• Design, train, deploy and monitor predictive algorithms
• Develop and run simulation‑based scenarios to quantify revenue and business impact under different assumptions
• Develop and run simulation‑based scenarios to quantify revenue and business impact under different assumptions
• Proactively communicate and share your conclusions, as well as explain complex topics to technical and non‑technical stakeholders
