Location: Barcelona, Spain
Work Model: Hybrid | Full-time (39 hours/week)

Role Overview

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, onboarding new clients and helping them build high-performing Google Ads (PPC) campaigns. You will work closely with businesses in the Nordic market, supporting their digital growth through strategic, results-driven advertising solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Onboard a portfolio of new clients and manage their Google Ads campaigns
  • Make outbound calls to promote and sell digital marketing services
  • Understand customer objectives and offer tailored advertising solutions
  • Set up strategic PPC campaigns with immediate impact and long-term performance
  • Drive upselling and increase campaign spend
  • Manage and update customer data using CRM tools
  • Handle a high volume of daily outbound calls
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred) or equivalent experience
  • C2 Danish & C1 English
  • Minimum 20 months of experience in sales and/or marketing (client-facing roles preferred)
  • Strong presentation, communication, and content-writing skills
  • Experience working with CRM tools and customer data
  • Ability to work independently while meeting targets
