About the role

At Billie, you are the architect of our customer experience. As the first voice our users hear, you’ll be their trusted guide, their problem-solver, and their champion, mastering inquiries across phone, email, and chat and turning every interaction into a memorable win.

You’ll dive deep into challenges by teaming up directly with our experts in Risk, Product, and Tech. Your mission is to move beyond scripts and canned responses, collaborating across the company to craft elegant, intelligent solutions that leave our customers feeling heard and empowered.

Who we are looking for
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role and a track record of turning customers into raving fans.
  • Experience in sales or a high-volume call center has already sharpened your skills, giving you a competitive edge.
  • Your superpower is communication. You’re fluent in both Swedish and English, with an ability to connect effortlessly. Huge bonus points if you speak German or Polish.
  • You’re a detail-obsessed, self-starting individual who takes initiative.
