German-speaking Customer Support Specialists Athens Greece

We’re seeking German‑speaking Customer Support Specialists to assist customers, solve problems, and create lasting positive experiences.

You’ll be working on‑site with a supportive, international team, helping users via phone, email, or chat while living and working in one of Europe’s sunniest and most historic destinations!

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Responding to customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and clarity
  • Handling requests via phone, email, and chat in German
  • Troubleshooting technical or account‑related issues
  • Escalating complex cases when necessary
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and timely follow‑ups
  • Maintaining accurate records in internal systems
Salary & Benefits
  • Monthly salary: €1,400–€1,600 (depending on the project & your profile)
  • Performance bonus: additional monthly incentives
  • On‑site position: based in Greece to enjoy Mediterranean life while building your career
  • Full training: between 10 days and 3 weeks (paid)
Relocation Package (EU candidates)
