  • Provide timely, correct and complete response.

Requirements
  • Willing to work in the US time zone.
  • Must have provided live chat and email support for B2B SaaS apps.
  • Prior experience with onboarding so that the customers correctly configure the applications.
  • Very good English writing skill – The job will involve lots of live chats and emails.
  • Sincere and proactive with a great attitude to getting things done, able to coordinate with various people across countries.
  • Great skill to demonstrate the value proposition to our prospects.
  • Should have a quiet office, a very high speed, and stable internet connection, a high spec laptop.
Desirable
