  • Provide support to customers via inbound calls (emails may be added later).
  • Handle common inquiries such as:
    • Store locations.
    • Online returns.
    • Complaint management.
    • Checking product stock in stores.
    • Product reservations (IBS).
  • Deliver excellent service, contributing to high customer satisfaction.

Work Schedule

  • Split shift: 09:0013:00 / 18:0023:00 (every 78 weeks, with 2 days off, includingone weekend day).
  • Breaks: 1 hour daily (within 9-hour schedule).
  • Days off: Sunday + 1 variable day.
Training
  • Duration: 2 weeks (weekdays only, weekends off).
  • Hours: 09:0018:00 / 10:0019:00.
  • Format: Online.
  • Attendance is mandatory.
