A leading mobility app company seeks a Customer Service Representative in Hamburg for maternity cover. The role revolves around supporting drivers and maintaining strong relationships. Responsibilities include providing excellent support through various channels, engaging drivers via campaigns, and working collaboratively on projects. Join our team in a highly visible department at the core of our taxi business. We define the European multi‑mobility ecosystem. We are looking for someone who takes charge to build and maintain relationships with drivers through in‑center support, onboarding, and ongoing engagement. We strive to provide drivers with a fantastic experience, enabling them to in turn provide a superior service to passengers.
