Position: Customer Service Representative (German-speaking) - FULLY REMOTE WITHIN GREECE

Location: Fully Remote from Anywhere in Greece

What You’ll Be Doing

Join our international customer support team and assist travelers via phone, chat, and email. Youll help with:

• Booking changes, cancellations, and travel-related questions
• Providing top-notch support no sales, just friendly help!
• Working together with a fun and supportive team

Working Hours

• Monday to Sunday: 08:00 and 23:00 (8 hours per day / 5 days per week with rotative shifts)
• (Full-time 40h/week perfect for exploring in the evenings!)

What You Need

• Fluency in German (spoken and written)
• Good level of English for internal communication
• Some customer service experience is a big plus
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
