Responsibilities
- Together with a field representative, you will be the face of our company for our customers.
- You will be actively involved in the sales of our products and support the team in all sales-related tasks.
- They provide competent and service-oriented advice to both existing and potential new customers.
- You create individual offers, track them proactively and accompany the process up to the conclusion of the contract and shipping of the goods in the ERP system.
- You analyze customer needs and support the field service with competent specialist knowledge.
- You always communicate with our customers and field staff in a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented manner – by phone and email.
Qualifications
- You love customer contact and have experience in internal sales or telephone customer service.
- You have experience working with international clients
- You are distinguished by your strong communication skills and your sales flair.
- You enjoy working in a team and impress with your determination and solution- and results-oriented mindset.
- Your working style is independent, structured and responsible.
- You are familiar with modern IT and communications software (e.g. Navision, MS Office).
- You have excellent English skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
