Job Description

• You will provide telephone and written customer advice on Buderus products and special topics.
• Various Buderus heating systems will be available to you at your workplace for analyzing faults and malfunctions over the phone and solving problems.
• Together with your coworkers, you will work out different solution steps to provide optimal and practical advice.
• If necessary, you will enter orders, procure the necessary spare parts via the catalogue search, and place orders.

Qualifications

• Training: Successfully completed vocational training as a plant mechanic, heating fitter, central heating and ventilation engineer, energy consultant, electrician (f/m/div.), or in a comparable field, or corresponding many years of professional experience.
• Personality: Reliable, team player.
• Experience and expertise: Very good PC skills desirable.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in a flexible and regulated shift model.
• Languages: Native Italian and very good written and spoken English skills.
