We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who speak Croatian and English to join our team. You will be the voice of a trusted global travel company, assisting customers with high-quality guidance and support.

Start date: 2 January 2026

Location: Athens, Greece (on site)

Salary: 1200 EUR gross x 14

Contract: Permanent and Temporary

Shift:

  • 40 hours/week (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)
  • Rotational Monday-Sunday 08:00-19:00
Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support through phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with bookings, account issues, and general inquiries
  • Follow internal processes and Escalate cases when needed
  • Deliver service with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Represent the brand and ensure top customer satisfaction
Your Profile
  • Native / fluent in Croatian
  • English C1 and above
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • EU citizenship or a Residence Card with Full Market Access
