Overview

CQ Engineer Cleanroom/HVAC - Frankfurt - 18 Month Contract

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical client based in the surroundings of Frankfurt. Due to a large capital investment and multiple projects on site, the client is looking for a CQ Engineer (Cleanroom/HVAC) to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Execution of documentation via the KNEAT system.
• Liaise with the CMMS Team from day 1 to ensure timely transition of GMP information into the CMMS system.
• Review HVAC system Vendor Packages.
• CQV SME for HVAC Systems.
• Perform field walk-downs for all HVAC systems.
• Liaise with CQV SWAT Team in relation to punchlist closure both pre-M/C and during the CQV execution phase for HVAC Systems.
• Ensure Commissioning readiness of HVAC Systems to support Facility Start-up and IOC-IOQ Testing.
• Execute PSSR/STW field execution to allow start-up exercise in a safe and controlled manner.
• Execution of all HVAC CQV deliverables; FAT/SAT/CTP/IOQ.
• Generate and ensure timely approval of all Commissioning and IOQ Final Reports.
• Witness and document cleanroom qualification.
• Witness BMS SAT with 3rd party vendor.
• Troubleshooting during the commissioning phase of the project.
