Overview

Fieldpiece is hiring a commercially driven Country Manager for the D/A/CH region to own, grow, and scale our presence across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This is a newly created, high-impact senior leadership role with responsibility for revenue growth, go-to-market execution, team leadership, and regional strategy.

You’ll act as the face of Fieldpiece in DACH, translating global strategy into local market success while owning the long-term health and performance of the region.   • While this position is hybrid/remote, we want someone located in the Frankfurt / Köln / Düsseldorf area.

Fieldpiece is a US-based family-owned business with European offices in NL (2020), UK and now DEU. We’re on a mission to make the lives of HVACR professionals easier, faster, and better through tools that set new standards for performance and reliability. We’ve been delivering rugged, feature-rich tools like meters, manifolds, leak detectors, and more since 1990 and lead the industry in the way we think, collaborate, and remain laser-focused on creating products that empower HVACR professionals - today and tomorrow.

What You’ll Do
  • Own revenue growth in the DACH region - deliver regional targets through new business, pipeline expansion, and key distributor relationships
  • Lead and scale the sales organization - manage and coach the current team (2 RSMs) and hire/ramp additional Regional Sales Managers
  • Execute local go-to-market strategy - adapt global positioning, messaging, and campaigns to DACH market needs
  • Build and manage channel partnerships - develop distributors and strategic partners to expand regional reach
  • Own regional leadership and operations - act as the senior leader in DACH, building culture, talent, and local presence
  • Represent the company externally - serve as the face of the business with customers, partners, and at industry events
  • Ensure local compliance and execution - oversee people operations and local requirements in coordination with central teams
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in tools, test instruments, or technical products to the trades - construction, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or general electronics.
  • Strong track record of growing and leading sales teams to build and scale revenue
  • Experience owning a region or business unit with an emphasis on growth
  • Deep understanding of DACH market dynamics and customer expectations
  • Ability to operate strategically while staying hands-on and execution-focused
  • Confident decision-maker who thrives with autonomy and accountability
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages a plus
