Overview

Reports To: Program Director, Beebe Healthcare Family Medicine Residency

Core Faculty will join an innovative family residency in collaboration with the Program Director (PD) and other faculty members. You all will be part of creating and shaping the family residency. Under the direction of the PD for the Family Medicine Residency, core faculty members will serve as clinical leaders and resident mentors, assuring the delivery of high-quality teaching and patient care as part of a robust accredited residency. Core Faculty members will dedicate a significant time to residency training, ensuring that all ACGME requirements are met, while providing excellent clinical care. Core faculty members must practice full spectrum family medicine including pediatrics, women\'s health, and inpatient.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical leaders and resident mentors under the direction of the Program Director for the Family Medicine Residency.
• Collaborate with the PD and other faculty to create and shape the family residency.
