A fast-scaling DTC eCommerce brand is looking for a COO/Head of Operations to oversee global operations and drive efficiency in their supply chain. The ideal candidate should possess 5–10+ years of operations experience in a DTC/eCommerce environment, manage international vendors, and have strong financial acumen. This role offers opportunities for growth to COO within 12–18 months, unlimited learning budget, and a flexible remote-first culture focused on results.
Panda Drum is a fast‑scaling DTC eCommerce brand built around our flagship instrument—the steel tongue drum—loved by 100,000+ customers worldwide. In just 3 years, we’ve grown to 25‑50 team members across Poland, the EU, US, Philippines, and China, surpassing 8 figures in annual revenue. Our growth is powered by world‑class marketing, community‑driven content, and constant product innovation.
We’re hiring a hands‑on COO / Head of Operations (DTC, $20‑50M brand, global supply chain) to act as the CEO’s right hand. You’ll own Panda Drum’s global operations, supply chain, and fulfillment—driving efficiency, systemization, and growth.
You’re not a fit if you’re a corporate “process admin.” We’re looking for a builder‑operator—someone who thrives in chaos, creates order, and scales fast‑moving systems from the ground up.
Path to COO within 12–18 months.
