For our Hamburg office we are therefore looking for an experienced Controller (m / f / d) full-time starting immediately.

Your Mission

• You take responsibility for the further development of a comprehensive model for operational liquidity planning and management (short- medium- and long-term).
• You are in charge of managing and monitoring cash management including daily disposition payment flows and forecast deviation analyses.
• You contribute to the selection implementation and further development of an AI-based tool for liquidity and cashflow planning.
• You develop scenario analyses for exchange rate developments (USD / EUR) and derive recommendations for action for Treasury.
• You identify optimization potentials and define measures to reduce capital commitment and improve working capital management.
• You work closely with the departments and support the operational day-to-day business.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration Economics or a comparable qualification with a focus on Controlling Finance or Treasury.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Finance or Treasury Controlling.
• In-depth knowledge of liquidity planning cash management and treasury processes.
• Experience in analyzing and managing foreign exchange risks.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets complemented by experience with ERP systems.
• Strong hands‑on mentality structured way of working and strong communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Business fluent in German and very good command of English.
