We are looking for professionals committed to vocational-technical work and curious about developing roles linked to Contract Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop together with the Project Manager the contractual strategy of the Project.
• Managing the contracts, and coordinating with the Project Manager and managers.
• Implement and follow the Contract Management Procedures of the Company in the Project(s)
• Coordinate the Contract Management Team.
• Contract administration, managing the obligations and rights of the contract(s) and ensuring timely compliance.
• Interacting and collaborating proactively with the Project Team to ensure that the Contract(s) is / are understood and that proper Contract Management is being performed at all project levels.
• Management of the changes. Preparing, clarifying, settling, and implementing contract variations.
• Management of claims and disputes: Preparing, clarifying, and settling contract claims and disputes.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in Contract Management (minimum 5 years)
• Proven experience in managing contracts for large-scale projects in the Industrial or Energy sector.
• An Engineering Degree or equivalent.
• Written and spoken fluency in Spanish and English. German would be valuable.
• Proven experience in International Arbitration would be positively considered.
• Availability to travel.
• Work place: Germany (Baden-Wurtemberg)
• Eligibility to work in Europe.
• Previous experience working internationally.
