Duties

• Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements and oversee daily operations.
• Conduct training and provide guidance on victim advocacy services.
• Respond to inquiries and urgent requests within designated timeframes.
• Attend and participate in meetings, briefings, and program evaluations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social services, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in a social service program.
• Strong knowledge of family violence dynamics, crisis intervention, and victim advocacy.
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with victims and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in program management, training, and compliance monitoring.
• Valid, unrestricted motor vehicle license.
