Construction manager (m/f/d) Asphalt construction

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Independent planning, execution and settlement of construction projects of different sizes
• Construction process and equipment disposition
• Personnel planning and management of columns
• technical and commercial supervision of the construction until the successful completion of the construction site
• Construction process and site performance control as well as reporting
• Drafting and enforcement of amendments
• Participation and support in the area of subcontractors by their calculation and preparation of work
• Targeted customer advice and support for subcontractors and authorities

WHAT YOU BRING

• Successfully completed university studies to become a civil engineer or a comparable training (technician or master)
• Ideally, first professional experience as construction manager or young construction manager
• Safe handling of the VOB and industry standard guidelines
• Technical and economic understanding
