As an office administrator (f/m/d) you are the organizational backbone of our company and the warm face as well as the trustworthy voice we appreciate. You support our team in administrative and organizational matters, ensure a smooth flow in the office routine and bring harmony and efficiency to the daily routine through your organizational skills and your flair for people.

As a Sales Consultant (m/f/d) you play a central role in our sales strategy and contribute significantly to the dynamic development of our company. You will maintain relationships with national and international customers, acquire new customers through cold and warm calling, and provide support when needed. With constantly changing challenges and customer inquiries, every day will be a new and exciting challenge.

Your tasks

• Independent processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Preparation and execution of payment transactions
• Billing of projects as well as service and license agreements
• Ensuring tax compliance for invoices
• Monitoring incoming payments and carrying out the dunning process
• Travel expense reports
• Communication and correspondence internally and externally, with national and international clients
• Reliable vacation replacement of the office management

• Professional experience in accounting
