Ein führendes Unternehmen im Bereich Optik sucht einen Mitarbeiter im Finanzcontrolling in Baden-Württemberg. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für das Management finanzieller Prozesse und die Unterstützung strategischer Initiativen. Gefordert wird ein Bachelorabschluss in Wirtschaft oder Finanzen sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in der Finanzkontrolle. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind essenziell, zusätzlich ist eine Zertifizierung in Finanzbuchhaltung vorteilhaft.

Qualifikationen

• Professionelle Erfahrung in Finanzplanung und Analyse sowie Finanzcontrolling erforderlich.
• Vertrautheit mit BI-Systemen ist von Vorteil.
• Exzellente Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich.

Aufgaben

• Internationale Finanzcontrolling-Prozesse verwalten und sicherstellen, dass diese mit den Unternehmensrichtlinien übereinstimmen.
• Überwachung und Analyse von finanziellen KPIs zur Bereitstellung von Einsichten.
• Berichte und Entscheidungsdokumente für Stakeholder vorbereiten.

Aufgaben

• Manage international finance controlling processes for designated commercial entities, ensuring alignment with the group financial guidelines and policies.
• Coordinate and support financial planning process across the entities, facilitating collaboration and alignment.
• Regularly monitor and analyse financial and business KPIs, variances and underlying drivers, to provide timely and actionable insights.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and decision nghệ documents for management and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy in financial communications.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders to provide financial insights, support strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across the business and financial objectives.
• Actively contribute to enhancing reporting and analysis processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness and support cross‑departmental projects, fostering a collaborative work environment across the organization.

Profil

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or a related field; a Master's degree and/or professional finance and accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CMA) is a plus.
• Professional experience in financial planning & analysis, finance controlling and finance business partnering is highly desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with BI systems, data visualization tools, and SAP is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a results‑oriented and proactive mindset.
• High level of commitment and enthusiasm for working in a diverse international environment.
• Excellent command of English and German, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus.
