Jobbeschreibung

As the latest member of the Sales & Service group, you will be at the heart of Market Intelligence for Aftersales. In this position, you will play a critical role in parts and Accessories sales and profitability growth.

We want you to:

  1. Deeply analyze Parts / UIO and Acc / NCS performance to identify best practices by product group and sales channel.
  2. Evaluate the feasibility of alternative commercial targets through analysis, such as Profitability matrix / KPI’s.
  3. Manage the monthly P&A Sales & Profit reporting cycle with markets.
  4. Support NSC’s Commercial Strategy by providing tailored recommendations for their 2024 Commercial Business Planning.
  5. Assist in P&A target calculation and support negotiations with markets.
  6. Prepare and distribute the monthly P&A Performance Report to markets.
  7. Contribute to the preparation of four quarterly P&A Executive Summaries.
  8. Analyze the status of Commercial Structure & Strategy from G11 Markets and top Distributor Markets.
  9. Conduct market analysis, including financial data, key performance indicators, and profitability streams.
  10. Develop and monitor data quality metrics to ensure business data and reporting needs are met.
  11. Gather information, conduct initial analysis, and summarize findings to provide sound business observations and rationale to support and improve NSC profitability.
  12. Create new reports to support team and department objectives and decision-making.

About you:

  • University Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related position or specialization
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experienced Excel user
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage
