Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our Client Services team. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day client relationships — both independently and alongside our Client Service Managers — with a primary focus on German-speaking clients across the DACH region.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluencyin German (at least B2) and English (written and spoken) — essential
  • Comfortable communicating via phone, email, and in person with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ableto work independently while being a strong team player
  • Experience with Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, and JIRA is aplus
