Job Description

• Define Growth & Asset Strategy, aligning the operating plan accordingly and executing against it
• Driving new unit and Franchise growth (external meetings, road shows, visits)
• Strategic & tactical management of Development/Construction function including people management
• Overall leadership being part of the local leadership team as well as close collaboration the broader management team

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and developing teams
• Demonstrated experience in expanding markets through franchise business model
• Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on mentality, and high cultural adaptability
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
