As Channel Sales Manager, you are responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and achieve revenue targets. You play a crucial role in our organization to distribute and sell our products and services to the reseller landscape.

Reporting to the Channel Alliance team, you will collaborate closely with a team of Channel Sales Managers. Your mission is to act as a bridge between our company and our channel partners.

Your goal is to drive revenue growth by leveraging the partner network effectively. With your strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, you foster successful partnerships and meet business objectives.

What am I responsible for?
  1. You identify and recruit suitable channel partners based on their expertise, market coverage, and alignment with the company's goals and values.
  2. You build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including regular communication, training, and support.
  3. You provide channel partners with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively sell the company's products or services.
  4. You collaborate with channel partners to set sales targets and develop joint business plans, including creating strategies, forecasting sales volumes, and monitoring performance to ensure the achievement of revenue goals.
  5. You monitor and analyze sales data, channel partner performance, and market trends to identify areas of improvement, including measuring key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting business reviews, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  6. You address and resolve conflicts that may arise between channel partners, requiring effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to maintain healthy channel relationships.
  7. You stay informed about market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  8. You coordinate with various internal departments, such as marketing, product management, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of channel programs and initiatives.

You are team-oriented, collaborative, and have a long-term, committed, and energetic approach to challenges.

You are a native German speaker and your English is fluent.
