A fast-growing fintech company in Köln is seeking a Partner Manager to recruit and grow a network of ERP integrators and IT service providers. The role requires excellent German and SaaS experience, focusing on partner acquisition and revenue generation. This position offers a hybrid working model with travel across West Germany and a competitive salary package, including commissions and benefits like 28 days of vacation and full home office equipment.
N2F is a fast-growing European fintech (150+ people) providing innovative SaaS solutions in Smart Spend Management — including expense management and corporate cards. We operate with a scale‑up mindset built on ownership, trust, and collaboration, with the ambition to become the European leader in expense management.
Germany is one of N2F’s highest‑potential markets, with existing customers and strong interest in our solutions. We are now entering the next phase: structuring and accelerating a mature, high‑performing partner ecosystem across the DACH region.
You will recruit, onboard, and grow a strong ecosystem of ERP integrators, accounting firms, VARs, IT service providers, and business travel partners.
You are responsible for applying and executing N2F’s partner strategy locally, ensuring consistent adoption of our partner model across Germany. You will work in close alignment with (and under the guidance of) the Head of Channel & Partnerships, who defines the global strategy and supports you in maximizing local impact.
This is a hybrid role combining partner acquisition, enablement, and revenue generation. You will collaborate daily with Sales, Marketing, Product, and cross‑functional teams to build a predictable partner‑led go‑to‑market motion.

Salary : 60 000€ (fix) - 85 000€ (OTE)
