Overview of tasks:

  • Uniform implementation of new projects according to Telus standard processes and systems
  • Ensure that KPIs of the Business Partner and Telus are taken into account in the project setup
  • Teaching project-relevant hard skills to Managers
  • Partnering with cross-functional partners internally & externally to coordinate workflow, workforce, and learning changes.
  • Identifying potential risks or issues with project implementations, & proactively driving communication with internal & external stakeholders during projects
  • Translating business requirements into implementation plans
  • Presenting reports to stakeholders on progress as well as any problems & solutions for all launches
  • Implementing & managing change when necessary to meet project outputs

We are looking for:

  • Professional work experience in the field of Project Manager is a plus
  • At least 2 years of experience in working in the BPO industry, preferably in the fields of quality, change delivery management or team management
  • Project Manager Certification is a plus
  • Ability to function productively and proactively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity while ensuring that challenging delivery timelines are met.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills-C1 is needed
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Goal-oriented, structured and sustainable way of working
  • Carefully listener with keen perception to detail
