  • Develop and execute a long-term category strategy to drive sustainable revenue and market share for Biscuits & Natural Foods categories
  • Lead growth initiatives, optimizing assortment, pricing architecture, instore presence and promotional strategies
  • Identify market trends and shopper insights to shape winning business strategies

Brand Development & Performance

  • Craft long-term brand strategies and growth plans for Biscoff & NF brands
  • Ensure excellent execution of the annual brand plan across touchpoints with the team
  • Monitor market & brand performance, identifying risks & opportunities
  • Drive data-informed decision-making in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Customer & Channel Excellence

  • Act as the key point of contact for sales, ensuring alignment between strategy and customer execution
  • Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key retailers to drive mutual growth
  • Develop compelling sell-in stories, ensuring maximum impact with retail partners

Budget & Resource Optimization

  • Oversee budget allocation, ensuring maximum impact & ROI and prioritize high-performance marketing & trade activities
  • Lead, inspire & grow a high-performing team (3 direct reports)
  • Collaborate closely with local cross-functional teams, global teams, and central functions

Profile

  • Academic Excellence : A master’s degree in economics, marketing, communications or equivalent
  • Proven Expertise : 5+ years in Category Management, Shopper / Trade Marketing or Revenue Growth Management within FMCG companies; ideally experience in Brand Management
  • Commercial Strategist : Profound conceptual and analytical skills to identify and lift the right potentials with a clear measurement of the success for the overall business
  • Consumer Insights : Comprehensive knowledge of relevant panel data (e.g., GfK, Circana, YouGov), including the ability to analyze and strategically leverage this data and convert into compelling storylines
  • Operational excellence : Proven track record in strategic planning, market analysis & brand growth
  • Project Management : Ability to navigate cross-functional & international collaboration
  • Leadership Mind-set : Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop & inspire teams
  • Language Skills : Fluency in German (full professional proficiency) and a strong command of English (written and spoken).
