For our Sales department in the greater Leipzig/Nuremberg/Würzburg area, we are looking for a CARDS AREA MANAGER (m/f/d) for the East region as soon as possible.

What you can expect
  • They are the face of our card sales: With passion and energy, they inspire customers with our solutions.
  • Active acquisition of new customers and the continuous development of existing customers in your sales territory are part of your daily routine.
  • They present our fuel card system convincingly – with clear advantages and tailor‑made offers.
  • They identify potential, analyze vehicle fleets, and develop individual solutions for our customers.
  • Regular visits to existing customers, participation in trade fairs and networking events round off your activities.
  • With a structured work approach and a goal‑oriented mindset, you ensure sustainable success and revenue growth.
You bring the following with you
  • Solid experience in the sale of fuel and service cards or in related areas (e.g., logistics, fleet management)
  • Alternatively, you bring experience from customer service, sales, as a district manager, or similar.
  • You are a sales expert with passion: you love winning and inspiring customers and will not let a "no" stop you in your acquisition efforts.
  • A university degree in business administration or a related field rounds off your profile, but is not a must – your commitment and sales skills are crucial.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills – you convince with personality and arguments.
  • High willingness to travel (up to 4 days per week) and enjoyment of direct customer contact
  • Self‑initiative, assertiveness, and a structured, results‑oriented work style.
  • They have very good German skills; good English skills are an advantage.
