Zusammenfassung

GitLab is seeking a detail-oriented recruiter coordinator to support end-to-end hiring across our global teams in an all-remote company. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to move candidates through interview stages and keep ATS records accurate.

In this role, you will schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and help craft offers while ensuring confidentiality and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting end to end hiring processes in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers, ideally in a fast paced or high volume environment.
• Skill using an applicant tracking system to schedule, track, and move candidates through interview stages; Greenhouse experience is beneficial but not required
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and scheduling tools, and willingness to learn and use additional tools
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels, including executives
• Strength in organization, time management, and prioritization, with focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across time zones and functions while maintaining confidentiality
• Interest in talent acquisition and contributing to an inclusive hiring process
• Alignment with GitLab's values and comfort working in an all-remote, asynchronous environment
• Flexibility in working hours to support candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones
• Openness to transferable experience from related coordination or operations roles
