Zusammenfassung

GDH seeks an experienced recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for client-facing roles in Germany. You will recruit, interview, and assess candidates across contract staffing and direct hire, coordinating reference checks and onboarding.

You will build talent pipelines via job boards, LinkedIn, GDH’s internal database and events, while negotiating offers and managing client expectations. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years recruiting experience, preferably in staffing environments.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and negotiate terms.

• Recruit, interview, assess, reference check and place contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire Client-Facing Employees
• Build the contract employee workforce through job boards, LinkedIn, GDH’s internal database, ads, career fairs, Internet relationships and other sources
• Conduct candidate interviews in person, via Skype or telephone
• Determine target pay rates and negotiate candidate compensation and employment terms, including subsequent pay adjustments
• Prepare candidates for client interviews
• Manage Client-Facing Employees on assignment, including monitoring performance, coaching, counseling, discipline and termination on behalf of the client
• Communicate with clients regarding job orders, candidate submittals and additional candidate matters
• Resolve Client-Facing Employee and/or client complaints positively
• Participate in team meetings
• Assist Account Executives with client development
• Provide leads to Account Executives
• Set client events when possible
• Meet individual responsibilities defined by GDH and the manager
• Participate in networking groups and business and community programs
• Develop a broad understanding of the division, core competencies, skill sets and GDH
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing environment; or equivalent combination of education and training
• Must be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
• Travel expected based upon recruiting demands, not to exceed 15%
