Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced recruiter to own the full lifecycle across multiple functions in a fast-growing environment in Germany. You will partner with senior leaders, build structured interview processes, and manage 8–15 concurrent requisitions while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Strong sourcing skills, extensive experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS, and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting in healthcare, tech, or complex environments.
• Proven ability to recruit across functions and levels from ICs to executives.
• Ability to manage many requisitions while maintaining outcomes and candidate experience.
• Strong sourcing, including engaging passive and senior talent.

Aufgaben

• Manage approximately 8–15 active requisitions at a time
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements and priorities
• Build and launch accurate requisitions in Greenhouse
• Develop structured interview guides, plans, and evaluation criteria
• Advise stakeholders on talent markets, compensation expectations, and hiring timelines
• Conduct candidate screens and provide recommendations
• Manage interview logistics and candidate communication
• Lead offer discussions and negotiations with the People team
• Serve as a trusted candidate contact and advocate
• Build relationships with passive talent and maintain pipelines
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networks, and communities
• Act as recruiting advisor to managers and leaders
• Calibrate profiles, assess candidates, and drive hiring decisions
• Collaborate across functions, geographies, and time zones
• Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes
• Help hiring managers become stronger interviewers and talent partners

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth, healthcare, technology, or similarly complex environment
• Proven ability to recruit across multiple functions and levels, from specialized individual contributors through senior leadership
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of concurrent requisitions while maintaining strong hiring outcomes, quality, and candidate experience
• Strong sourcing capabilities, including experience engaging passive, senior, and specialized talent
• Ability to quickly learn and recruit for unfamiliar functions and talent markets
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leaders
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, structured interviewing, and candidate experience
• Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-moving environment
• Experience and willingness to work across multiple geographies and time zones
• Experience with Greenhouse or a comparable ATS and collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, or similar
• Strong professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential candidates and hiring information

• Successful candidates must undergo a background check in compliance with applicable federal, provincial, and state rules
