GeneDx is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to drive full-cycle recruiting for clinical, biotech, and corporate roles in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with hiring managers, optimize sourcing, and ensure an engaging candidate experience aligned with our mission.

With 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting, you will leverage Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and data-driven metrics to accelerate pipelines while maintaining OFCCP compliance and diversity hiring practices

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably biotech/healthcare or high-growth companies.
• Proven ability to fill a wide range of roles quickly and with high quality.
• Strong sourcing skills; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse ATS, and CRM tools.
• Familiarity with AI and tools to automate workload and improve efficiency.
• Strong recruiting metrics and pipeline reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication, time management, and relationship-building skills.

• Drive full-cycle recruiting for clinical, technical, corporate, and commercial roles from intake to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers on requirements, team dynamics, and business goals.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience reflecting GeneDx’s mission and values.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, Greenhouse CRM, referrals, and networking.
• Screen candidates for qualifications, culture fit, and role alignment.
• Provide data-driven updates and recommendations to hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on strategy, process improvements, and branding.
• Track recruitment activity in Greenhouse ATS and maintain OFCCP compliance.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation, program development, and system/tool implementations.

• Partner with and advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices, talent landscape, job requirements, team dynamics, and business goals
• Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience reflecting GeneDx’s mission and values
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Greenhouse CRM, referrals, and networking
• Screen candidates for qualifications, culture fit, role alignment, and other relevant or future openings
• Provide data-driven updates and recommendations to hiring managers and stakeholders throughout searches
• Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team on hiring strategy, process improvement, and employer branding initiatives
• Track recruitment activity accurately in Greenhouse ATS and maintain OFCCP compliance
• Contribute to process improvements, automation, program development, and system and tool implementations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in biotech, healthcare, or a high-growth company
• Proven ability to fill a wide range of roles with speed and quality
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse ATS, and CRM tools
• Familiarity with AI and other tools to enhance and automate workload
• Strong capability utilizing recruiting metrics and pipeline reporting
• Excellent communication, time management, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
• Passion for hiring top talent aligned with mission-driven work
• Experience hiring for clinical, diagnostics, or genomics roles (preferred)
• Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and diversity hiring strategies (preferred)
• Experience with New York State-licensed laboratory (preferred)
• Reliable high-speed internet access
• Ability to communicate effectively via phone and video calls
• Ability to perform prolonged computer-based sitting, typing, reading, and occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds
